Originally from Montreal, Canada, Chris moved to Florida when he was young and graduated from high school there. He gained valuable work experience early in his career, working as an offshore laborer/welding apprentice in Louisiana and trying his hand at machining in California. He later moved back to Florida, where he worked in construction, learning all aspects of the home building industry. He spent four years plumbing homes in and around the Denver, Colorado area before relocating to North Carolina in 1996, where he has continued his plumbing career, becoming a licensed master plumber in 2009. Chris is a proud father and grandfather. He and his wife Gail enjoy spending time at the beach and hosting family get-togethers.
